Our holiday apartment is intended for vacation and relaxation purposes. We have furnished the apartment with great attention to detail and high-quality, sustainable materials. Therefore, we expect it to be treated accordingly. We also ask that you respect the neighbors and avoid parties, as well as adhere to the quiet hours.
The following house rules are meant to guide how we envision the use of the apartment and its inventory. We want to keep the rules minimal and hope for your understanding.
All items in the apartment or on the balcony may and should be used by guests. Please handle all furniture and inventory with care.
The tenant is responsible for treating the rental property with care and ensuring that their companions comply with the rental conditions.
If you encounter any issues (e.g. technical problems), please contact us.
Access to the apartment is via electronic locks and a chip card/transponder. The front door can also be opened with a PIN, which you will receive approximately one week before arrival. The locks are individually programmed for your stay. Access is automatically blocked before and after the booked period.
On the day of arrival, you may check in from 3 PM onwards. If agreed in advance, earlier check-in may be possible. Late arrivals (e.g., at night) are also possible.
The apartment must be vacated by 10 AM on the day of departure.
Please observe normal quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Parties, loud music, nighttime noise, etc., are prohibited. Please be considerate of the neighbors, as you would hope for at home.
Please do not dispose of hygiene products in the toilet. A foot-operated waste bin is available for this purpose.
The washing machine can be used, but please consider the quiet hours. Laundry detergent is provided.
Please ensure that dishes are returned to the cabinets in a clean state. The same applies to cutlery, pots, etc.
If you haven’t cleaned the dishes upon departure, please leave them out. This helps us ensure that all guests enjoy a very clean apartment.
In most cases, we will handle the cleaning, and you will pay a flat cleaning fee. If you wish to handle the cleaning yourself, cleaning supplies and equipment are available.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (even at the windows). The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, provided the balcony door is closed.
Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment! Water damage caused by rain intrusion can be expensive and may be charged to you.
Accidents happen, and things may get broken or damaged unintentionally. It's no big deal. However, we would appreciate it if you inform us of any damages so that we can address them before your departure.
The theft of inventory is considered theft, and we will report it. If you like something, feel free to ask us. We know where to get it and are happy to help.
